Amarone Classico della Valpolicella Menini is undoubtedly a reference wine of Italian oenology and the world. Produced only with the native grapes of Valpolicella, with the method of drying and referment of sugars during aging, Amarone is unmatched. The structure is very robust, supported by a high alcohol content that does not compromise elegance and roundness. The aromas are very accentuated and recall ripe fruit (plum and marasca cherries), but also tobacco and leather (derived from the aging of at least 3 years in oak barrels). Amarone is a wine from connoisseurs, it deserves aging in the bottle. It has longevity like few other wines.
