Extra virgin olive oil of first pressure obtained from the selection of the best olives. Lake Garda oil is unique in the world for sensory characteristics that distinguish it. The very low acidity and almost total absence of cholesterol are not occasional, but they remind us that Lake Garda, thanks to its unique microclimate, allows olive plants to grow lush. There is no place in the world further north, able to allow the life of these fantastic plants. Menini’s extra virgin olive oil is the classic taste. A little more intense than the delicate, not too strong as in unfiltered. Ideal to accompany the dishes of the Mediterranean diet, from salads to grilled meats.
