Description
The Amarone della Valpolicella. Unique wine in the world. Produced from native Veronese grapes left withering for about 3 months. It is then aged in oak barrels where sugars are transformed into aromas, scents and alcohol grade. A best seller of Italian oenology, inimitable for characteristics derived from territoriality and processing method. In this “reserve” version, the wine is obtained from a more accurate selection of the grapes.
